I have loved fantasy and sci-fi since I was little, and have been writing stories for as long as I can remember. My first major project was when I saw a primary school classmate's comicbook he had drawn, and I was fascinated that such a thing could be done. I spent countless hours penning my own comic book, complete with lots of red ink for the blood on axes and swords. A few more followed, and then, mid-80's, our family bought a computer and I started writing pick-a-path text game programs.
Fast-forward twenty years and now with a PhD in physics, I still love to write fiction and lose myself in imaginary worlds. For the past six years I have been living in Tokyo, an amazing vibrant city of such unique contrasts; a depthless trove of history, a society on the edge of technology; an ultra-dense metropolis surrounded by vast empty mountains.
